Yes, our solutions are also made for small companies and sole traders. The devices are easy to use, quick to set up and there are no complicated contractual obligations.

Can I also use the EC terminal on the move, e.g. at the customer's premises?

Yes, we offer mobile EC devices with WLAN or an integrated SIM card - ideal for hairdressing appointments, home visits or on-site tradesmen.

Which cards can I accept?

Your customers can make contactless payments with Girocard, credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other wallets.

What does an EC terminal at POS-cashservice cost?

The monthly fixed costs start at just €10.50. There is only a favorable discount of 0.23% for Girocard payments. Set-up fees? There are none with us.

How quickly will I receive the device?

After completion, you will usually receive the terminal within a few working days - fully set up and ready for immediate use. Simply connect, switch on and get started.

What happens if the device fails?

Don't worry: our 7-day support helps immediately. In the event of a defect, we usually send a replacement device the very next working day - at no extra cost.
