How does it work with tipping via the EC device?

Our terminals have an integrated tip function. After entering the invoice amount, the device is handed over to the guest, who can simply increase the total amount.

What costs should I expect?

The monthly rent starts at around €10 - depending on the device. For Girocard payments, we only charge 0.23 % per transaction. For credit cards, the rate depends on the provider.

What happens if the terminal fails during operation?

If a device breaks down on a Saturday evening, for example, you can still reach our support team - every day, even at the weekend. We usually deliver a replacement device by the next working day so that you can continue working straight away.

Can I connect the EC terminal to my POS system?

Our devices are compatible with most POS systems, such as Orderbird, Vectron or Lightspeed. This is made possible by standard interfaces such as ZVT or OPI. We will be happy to check this with you individually.

Which is better for my restaurant, a mobile or a stationary terminal?

Mobile devices are ideal for restaurants, bars or hotels with changing locations - payment at the table, more convenience, more tips. Stationary devices are worthwhile for fixed checkout locations such as at the counter or reception.

How quickly is the device ready for use?

After ordering, we will send you a pre-configured terminal within a few working days. Connect, switch on, done - nothing is complicated. If you have any questions, our support team will help you immediately.
