Our EC terminals accept Girocard, credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as modern contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. This allows your customers to pay flexibly and conveniently.
How much does an EC terminal cost for my store?
The monthly fixed costs start from just €10.50, depending on the device type. For Girocard payments, we charge a particularly low discount fee of just 0.23%. There are no hidden costs or set-up fees.
How quickly can I get started with card payments?
Your device is usually delivered to you within a few working days - fully pre-configured. Simply connect, switch on and get started. No prior technical knowledge required.
What happens if my terminal fails during operation?
Our 7-day support is always at your side. In the event of a defect, we usually deliver a replacement device on the next working day - quickly, easily and at no extra cost.
Are your devices compatible with my POS system?
